A parcel is a group of positions.
In other words you can group multiple positions together and save money. The difference between advertising a parcel and advertising a position is that:
You can still advertise for as many people in each position within a parcel and still pay for only one parcel. So for example a parcel might advertise for 10 sewers, 2 line managers, and 5 mechanics.

- Locations and classifications can only be added to the parcel as a whole - you can not associate them with individual positions in the parcel
- You cannot associate a schedule (e.g.: part-time, full-time, short-term) or a salary with the parcel
